We’re a small, dynamic hospitality team bringing new life to a former Selina property in the heart of Boquete. Our 60-room hotel is being reimagined under the ONDA brand, and we’re in the exciting process of launching. We’re seeking an enthusiastic, organized storyteller to join us during this phase.

This is your chance to live the ONDA vibe, explore Boquete, connect with locals and guests, and create vibrant lifestyle.

What you offer

20 hours of help per week

Content Writer: Write, edit and publish inspiring content.

Photography: Take, edit and provide amazing photos.

Video Making: Create, edit and publish digital videos.

Social Media: Maintain and update social media channels.

What you get

3 days off per week

Team Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other people.

Free Laundry: You can use our laundry room freely.

Use our equipped kitchen: Feel free to use our kitchen and make your own delicious food.

Fast Internet Access: High-speed internet for you to work remotely

Dedicated Workspace: Specific space for you to work remotely

Requirements

Fluent English or Intermediate Spanish

Over 18 years old

Only hosts solo volunteers (doesn’t accept couples or partners)

What We Offer
Accommodation: You’ll stay in team dorm room

Community: Be part of a young, international team working hard and having fun in Boquete.

Learning: Hands-on experience in hospitality, entrepreneurship, and project launch in Latin America.

Adventure: Boquete is famous for its coffee, hiking, cloud forests, and hot springs—you’ll have plenty to explore on your days off.
