The experience

Join our team and help create an amazing guest experience! Support our reception with guest check-ins, oversee housekeeping tasks, and keep common areas tidy. Occasionally, you’ll assist with fun activities and events. A great opportunity to meet people and be part of a dynamic, welcoming environment!

What you offer

25 hours of help per week

Housekeeping: Help with changing the bed linens and general housekeeping.

Reception: Help with check-ins, check-outs and guest assistance.

What you get

2 days off per week

Shared Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other travelers.

Requirements

Fluent English or Intermediate Spanish

Between 20 and 29 years old

Welcomes solo volunteers, couples, and partners of volunteers

European Union Passport

Program Details

Ostello Bello is a home, not a hotel. We'll be your roommates for a while, ready to listen, help, and share good times. All we ask in return is that you help us keep the positive vibes alive and share some of your good energy with us!

Activities & Shift

Your Typical shift:
Your day starts around 10 AM with helping at reception during check-out time and keeping common areas (breakfast buffet, kitchen, chill zones) looking nice. From 12, you’ll check room cleanliness and support housekeeping(no cleaning needed!) making sure communication between the cleaning team and reception runs smoothly. At 2 PM, it’s time to welcome new guests with a big smile! No tech skills needed—just bring good vibes and help everyone feel at home (there are lots of them!).
