Join the Hii Festival Koh Tao team and live the island dream while helping us bring energy, creativity, and connection to life!
We’re building a unique festival that blends music, art, Muay Thai, and nature, set high above the island near Secret Bar Viewpoint and we want passionate travelers to be part of it. As a volunteer, you’ll be helping us promote the festival around the island, create exciting social media content, and connect with local

What you offer

20 hours of help per week

Photography: Take, edit and provide amazing photos.

Video Making: Create, edit and publish digital videos.

Party Promoter: Help organise and promote parties and social activities.

Social Media: Maintain and update social media channels.

What you get

2 days off per week

Team Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other people.

Requirements

Fluent English or Fluent German

Between 18 and 40 years old

Welcomes solo volunteers, couples, and partners of volunteers

Program Details

What You’ll Do:

- Explore the island and help promote the festival at beaches, bars, hostels, and cafés.

- Create videos, reels, photos, and stories to show the island and the festival vibe.

- Join the team in decorating and preparing the venue before events.

- Help with guest reception, ticket promotion, and social media visibility.

- Share ideas — we love when volunteers bring new creative energy!

Activities & Shift

A Typical Day

Your days will be flexible depending on the festival schedule and your role.
Usually:

Morning: Free time to enjoy the beach, snorkel, or explore the island 🏝️

Afternoon: Promotion and content creation around Koh Tao 📸

Evening: Team dinner or festival time — dancing under the stars! 🌙

You’ll work around 4–5 hours a day, 5 days a week, leaving plenty of time to enjoy island life.
