The experience

Buscamos personas proactivas y responsables para unirse al equipo de La Botella de Leche, el hostel más reconocido de Tamarindo. Viví una experiencia única trabajando en recepción, atención al huésped o apoyando en nuestra cafetería y tienda. Sumá experiencia profesional real, mejorá tu inglés y generá ingresos extra por comisiones y tours. Mínimo 1-4 meses.

What you offer

32 hours of help per week

Night Shift: Help with night shift tasks and create a relaxing environment for guests.

Housekeeping: Help with changing the bed linens and general housekeeping.

Administration: Help with booking systems and payments.

Reception: Help with check-ins, check-outs and guest assistance.

What you get

1 day off per week

Shared Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other travelers.

Discounts on Parties: Get discounts at nearby parties and clubs.

Discounts on Restaurants: Get discounts at nearby restaurants.

Discounts on Tours: Get discounts for tours and excursions around town.

Free Laundry: You can use our laundry room freely.

Free Tours: We’ll take you on tours and rides around town. For free!

Surfboards: You can use our surfboards as much as you want.

Surf lessons: Take free surf classes at the local beaches.

Requirements

Intermediate English or Fluent Spanish

Between 20 and 35 years old

Welcomes solo volunteers, couples, and partners of volunteers

Program Details

En La Botella de Leche esperamos personas con buena actitud, compromiso y ganas de aprender. Buscamos voluntarios proactivos que disfruten del trato con la gente, sepan adaptarse y valoren trabajar en equipo dentro de un ambiente organizado, pero relajado.

El día a día incluye ayudar en recepción, atención al huésped, limpieza ligera y mantenimiento básico, además de colaborar en nuestra cafetería o en la boutique de ropa local, donde pueden ganar comisiones por ventas o tours.
