Program Description: Marketing and Communication – NEGO Foundation
The Marketing and Communication Program at NEGO Foundation is designed to increase the visibility of our initiatives, strengthen our public image, and build meaningful connections with communities, partners, and supporters.
What you offer
20 hours of help per week
Photography:
Take, edit and provide amazing photos.
Video Making:
Create, edit and publish digital videos.
Party Promoter:
Help organise and promote parties and social activities.
Social Media:
Maintain and update social media channels.
What you get
3 days off per week
Private Room:
You will have a bed in a private room. In other words, a room just for you.

Program Description: Marketing and Communication – NEGO Foundation
The Marketing and Communication Program at NEGO Foundation aims to enhance the organization’s visibility, strengthen stakeholder relationships, and promote our mission through strategic communication and branding. This program ensures that the voices of the communities we serve are amplified and that our impact is clearly documented and shared with the world.
Through digital engagement, media outreach, content development, and storytelling, the program works to build a strong public image for NEGO Foundation. It supports all other programs by providing communication tools, designing promotional materials, managing social media platforms, and showcasing success stories that inspire action and attract support.
The program also focuses on empowering young people with skills in communication, digital marketing, photography, and public speaking, allowing them to become ambassadors of change in their communities

Content Creation & Storytelling Collect success stories, interviews, videos, and photos from field activities to showcase impact. Weekly / After Each Field Activity
Social Media Management Update Facebook, WhatsApp, Instagram, and other platforms with organized posts, captions, and awareness content. Daily / Weekly Updates
Graphic Design & Branding Materials Design posters, flyers, banners, logos, T-shirts, and digital campaigns to represent the foundation. As Needed / Per Campaign
Photography & Videography Coverage Document all NEGO Foundation events and programs professionally for reporting and promotion. During Every Event
Media Engagement Partner with local radio, TV, and online platforms to broadcast NEGO Foundation’s work and advocacy messages. Monthly / During Special Events
Community Outreach Awareness Use roadshows, public speaking, and community forums to communicate foundation messages and upcoming activities. Monthly
Newsletter and Report Production Prepare newsletters, impact briefings, and reports for donors, partners, and supporters. Quarterly
Email & WhatsApp Communication Updates Share program highlights, progress, and invitations through mailing lists and WhatsApp broadcast messages. Weekly
Brand Monitoring and Image Management Ensure proper use of NEGO Foundation’s logo, colors, and official messaging across all platforms. Continuous
Volunteer & Ambassador Media Training Train youth volunteers on communication skills, media handling, interviewing techniques, and digital marketing. Quarterly Workshops.
Rules
Marketing and Communication Program Rules
1. Professional Conduct
All team members must maintain professionalism while representing NEGO Foundation in the field, online, or in media interactions.
Respectful and courteous communication is mandatory at all times.
2. Accuracy and Truthfulness
All content, posts, reports, and media materials must reflect accurate and truthful information about NEGO Foundation’s programs and activities.
Misrepresentation of data or events is strictly prohibited.
3. Approval Process
All communication materials (social media posts, press releases, banners, videos) must be reviewed and approved by the Program Coordinator or Communications Manager before release.
4. Brand Consistency
Use NEGO Foundation’s official logo, colors, and fonts consistently.
Avoid unauthorized use of branding in personal projects or external campaigns.
5. Confidentiality
Respect the privacy of beneficiaries, staff, and partners.
Personal or sensitive information collected during programs must not be shared publicly without consent.
6. Respect for Intellectual Property
Only use photos, videos, music, or content that is owned, licensed, or authorized for use.
Properly credit sources where required.
7. Timeliness and Responsiveness
Ensure all communication deadlines, reporting schedules, and content submissions are met promptly.
8. Digital Etiquette
Online
