Help paint colorful accents in our new hostel!
The experience
We're looking for a creative, detail-oriented painter to help bring life and personality to the doors & rooms of our brand-new hostel! The goal is to add minimal-color designs that pay homage to the traditional Shkodran house we are located in. We'd love your creative input on what would look best so this is a great opportunity to express yourself while leaving a lasting mark on a space travelers from all over the world will enjoy.
What you offer
32 hours of help per week
Painting & Decorating: Help with painting or decorating the property facilities.
Arts: Help with painting, graffiti, sculpting or drawing.
What you get
1 day off per week
Team Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other people.
Breakfast: You are entitled to a free breakfast, every day of your stay.
Lunch: You are entitled to a free lunch, every day of your stay.
Discounts on Restaurants: Get discounts at nearby restaurants.
Free Laundry: You can use our laundry room freely.
Bikes at your disposal: You can use our bikes any time you want.
Use our equipped kitchen: Feel free to use our kitchen and make your own delicious food.
Fast Internet Access: High-speed internet for you to work remotely
Requirements
Only hosts solo volunteers (doesn’t accept couples or partners)

Flights, Travel Insurance, Internal Transportation and Visa
Program Details
This is a work exchange. For your work painting you will get a comfortable bed in a team dorm, groceries for 2 meals per day, all art supplies, free laundry and bike rentals, and a place to call home in Shkoder, Albania.
Activities & Shift
Your shift will be spent painting, we will collaborate on ideas then give you space to create at your own rhythm.
Rules
We ask that you start your shifts on time, keep workspace tidy, and treat the space and team with respect. A positive attitude and reliability are just as important as creativity!
