The experience

Join our bar team at Ylang Ylang and support our bartenders in creating unforgettable moments for our guests. As a Barback, you’ll help maintain a clean, stocked, and inviting bar while learning the art of hospitality and mixology.

You’ll be involved in:

Restocking and organizing bar supplies.
Cleaning and maintaining bar areas.
Supporting drink preparation and service.
Engaging positively with guests and team members.

What you offer

20 hours of help per week

Bartending: Make and serve drinks and help maintain the beverages inventory.

2 days off per week

Private Room: You will have a bed in a private room. In other words, a room just for you.

Shared Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other travelers.
