Join our team at a SUP & Kayak school on the beautiful Han River in Seoul!

We’re looking for someone who can help and support us with daily activities at our watersports center.
It’s a great opportunity to experience life by the river, meet people who share your passion for water sports, and even learn SUP, kayaking, and windsurfing along the way 🌊💪.

What you offer

22 hours of help per week

Party Promoter: Help organise and promote parties and social activities.

Teaching Sports: Teaching or assisting the host, guests, or local communities in practicing sports or physical activities.

What you get

3 days off per week

Private Room: You will have a bed in a private room. In other words, a room just for you.

Lunch: You are entitled to a free lunch, every day of your stay.

Free Laundry: You can use our laundry room freely.

Surfboards: You can use our surfboards as much as you want.

Surf lessons: Take free surf classes at the local beaches.

Language lessons: Take free language classes at our place.

Fast Internet Access: High-speed internet for you to work remotely

Requirements

Intermediate English or Intermediate Korean

Between 20 and 35 years old

Only hosts solo volunteers (doesn’t accept couples or partners)

Be from outside South Korea

Program Details

Accommodation is provided in a private room located near the watersports center.

Our company rents out paddleboards and kayaks — much like a surf rental shop — and we provide assistance and equipment setup for our guests.

We’re looking for volunteers who love paddleboarding, kayaking, windsurfing, and other water activities, and who enjoy helping others have a fun and safe experience on the water 🌞🚣‍♀️.

Activities & Shift

Your main tasks will include:

-Cleaning and organizing the equipment.
-Helping guests prepare for their water activities.
-Offering basic guidance and assistance when needed.

All tasks are simple and easy to learn 🙌.
You’ll help around 22 hours per week with 3 days off, giving you plenty of time to explore and enjoy Seoul! 🏙️💦
