The experience

We are finally opening staff recruitment slots and accepting applications!

We’re looking for someone who can help and support us with daily activities at our watersports center.
It’s a great opportunity to experience life by the river, meet people who share your passion for water sports, and even learn SUP, kayaking, and windsurfing along the way 🌊💪.

What you offer

24 hours of help per week

Tour Guide: Organize and lead tours around the city.

Party Promoter: Help organise and promote parties and social activities.

Teaching Sports: Teaching or assisting the host, guests, or local communities in practicing sports or physical activities.

What you get

3 days off per week

Private Room: You will have a bed in a private room. In other words, a room just for you.

Lunch: You are entitled to a free lunch, every day of your stay.

Free Laundry: You can use our laundry room freely.

Surfboards: You can use our surfboards as much as you want.

Language lessons: Take free language classes at our place.

Fast Internet Access: High-speed internet for you to work remotely

Requirements

Intermediate English

Between 20 and 35 years old

Only hosts solo volunteers (doesn’t accept couples or partners)

Be from outside South Korea

What's not included

Flights, Travel Insurance, Internal Transportation and Visa

Program Details

All applications will be carefully reviewed.

The final decision will be made by February 15, or earlier if possible.

This recruitment is for a seasonal activity staff position only.
📅 June 15 – September 15 (3 months total)
The minimum working period is 1 month to 3 months(Only monthly period available)
and we will select only 1–2 people, so please read everything carefully before applying.

📌 Important (Please read carefully)
We are a water sports company focused on paddleboarding and kayaking,
and we also offer windsurfing lessons.

We are located at the Han River in Seoul.
If you love water and enjoy water sports, this job will be a great fit for you.
Since this is an outdoor job, it can be very hot in summer.

If you are sensitive to heat, please consider carefully.
You may paddle together with guests and sometimes carry equipment with some weight.
If your physical strength is very low, this job may be difficult.

This job involves outdoor work, physical activity, and dealing with people.
A positive attitude will make the work much easier and less tiring 🙂

Studio-type private room (small) if possible, or a shared house with up to two people.
Accommodation may change depending on the situation,
and any changes will be announced in advance.

Activities & Shift

Most important!
We operate mainly by reservation, so staff schedules are not fixed and may change.
The schedule for the following week is confirmed one week in advance.
However, Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays are mandatory working days.
(Usually 3–4 working days per week / based on 24 hours,
and additional work is always paid.)

Your main tasks will include:

-Cleaning and organizing the equipment.
-Helping guests prepare for their water activities.
-Offering basic guidance and assistance when needed.

The work itself is simple.
Windsurfing and other private lessons are handled by local instructors, not staff.

Rules

No special certifications are required ✅ — you just need to know how to swim and enjoy spending time in the water 🌊.
