The experience

Madalena Hostel & Suites, located right in the center of Faro, Algarve, is looking for a friendly and energetic volunteer to join our team!
Main Tasks:
Help with reception and welcoming guests
Provide general support in organizing common areas
Create a positive and social atmosphere, encouraging interaction among travelers
If you’re creative, you’re welcome to suggest or lead activities for guests

What you offer

20 hours of help per week

Night Shift: Help with night shift tasks and create a relaxing environment for guests.

Party Promoter: Help organise and promote parties and social activities.

Reception: Help with check-ins, check-outs and guest assistance.

2 days off per week

Team Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other people.

Free Laundry: You can use our laundry room freely.

Bikes at your disposal: You can use our bikes any time you want.

Use our equipped kitchen: Feel free to use our kitchen and make your own delicious food.

Certificate: Get a certificate of completion after you finish your experience.

Basic Internet Access: Basic speed internet for you to work remotely

Dedicated Workspace: Specific space for you to work remotely

Requirements

Intermediate English or Beginner Portuguese

Between 20 and 34 years old

Welcomes solo volunteers, couples, and partners of volunteers

Be from outside Portugal
