As a Guest Welcome & Hospitality Assistant, you’ll greet visitors, travelers, and volunteers from around the world — ensuring they feel comfortable, informed, and part of our “One World Family.”
This role is ideal for people who enjoy meeting new cultures, communicating with kindness, and helping others have a memorable stay in a calm, purposeful environment.

What you offer

24 hours of help per week

Tour Guide: Organize and lead tours around the city.

Party Promoter: Help organise and promote parties and social activities.

Administration: Help with booking systems and payments.

Reception: Help with check-ins, check-outs and guest assistance.

Additional fee required

Amount: US$ 5 Per day

Fee pays for: Benefits for travelers, Materials for volunteer activities, and Donation to project

Description: Volunteers contribute $5/Day for the maintenance, laundry, Food, Internet, Mobile (Local Sim with data and unlimited India Calling), Pickup from Airport, and Two Sets of Dresses.

What you get

2 days off per week

Private Room: You will have a bed in a private room. In other words, a room just for you.

Shared Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other travelers.

Team Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other people.

Breakfast: You are entitled to a free breakfast, every day of your stay.

Lunch: You are entitled to a free lunch, every day of your stay.

Dinner: You are entitled to a free dinner, every day of your stay.

Discounts on Tours: Get discounts for tours and excursions around town.

Free Laundry: You can use our laundry room freely.

Free Tours: We’ll take you on tours and rides around town. For free!

Free Parties: Get free entrance for the best parties in town.

Free Events: Get free entrance for the best events in town.

Pick Up: We will pick you up when you arrive, and take you to our property.

Yoga classes: Take free yoga classes at our place.

Language lessons: Take free language classes at our place.

Holistic Therapies: You can take part in any of our therapeutic activities for free.

Permaculture Course: Take part in our Permaculture course for free.

Use our equipped kitchen: Feel free to use our kitchen and make your own delicious food.

Certificate: Get a certificate of completion after you finish your experience.

Fast Internet Access: High-speed internet for you to work remotely

Requirements

Intermediate English or Beginner Hindi

Between 18 and 80 years old

Welcomes solo volunteers, couples, and partners of volunteers

Activities & Shift

🌸 Your Main Responsibilities
Welcome guests upon arrival with warmth and professionalism
Help with check-in / check-out and orientation around the home or campus
Offer tea or refreshments and share basic house/community rules
Assist in keeping reception, common areas, and guest rooms tidy and inviting
Guide visitors about local attractions, eco-projects, and cultural events
Support guest feedback and record their needs or preferences
Help organize small gatherings, yoga sessions, or tours
Communicate with the team (kitchen, housekeeping, community) for smooth coordination
