Social Media Manager & Communication Assistant


The experience

Join our global peace and sustainability movement as a Social Media Manager & Communication Assistant!
You’ll work closely with our team of changemakers, educators, and eco-activists to spread inspiring stories from the field — from rooftop gardens and women empowerment programs to peace education and environmental action.
This role is perfect for creative communicators who love digital media, storytelling, and social good.


What you offer

20 hours of help per week

Photography: Take, edit and provide amazing photos.

Video Making: Create, edit and publish digital videos.

Party Promoter: Help organise and promote parties and social activities.

Social Media: Maintain and update social media channels.

Additional fee required

Amount: US$ 5 Per day

Fee pays for: Benefits for travelers and Materials for volunteer activities

Description: Volunteers contribute for the maintenance, food, connectivity (mobile sim and internet) and two set of Indian dresses.

Use our equipped kitchen: Feel free to use our kitchen and make your own delicious food.

Certificate: Get a certificate of completion after you finish your experience.

Program Details

📱 Your Main Responsibilities
Manage and update our social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, X)
Create engaging posts, short videos, reels, and stories about daily projects and events
Design simple posters or visuals (Canva or any preferred tool)
Coordinate with field teams to collect photos, quotes, and success stories
Schedule posts and monitor engagement (comments, messages, analytics)
Assist in writing newsletters, blogs, and press releases
Support live event coverage (festivals, workshops, awards, etc.)
Help manage community communication on WhatsApp, Telegram, or email groups
