The experience

For this position, the main responsibilities include assisting the community in preparing for village events, participating in various activities, meeting and interacting with locals, helping with small tasks, and even exploring the community. Desired skills include being flexible, friendly, sociable, willing to learn together. Special skills are a plus but not required, such as photography, creating promotional content, knowledge based tourism.


What you offer

6 hours of help per day

Teaching Languages: Teaching a language to the host, guests, or local communities.

Building & Repairing: Help with a wide range of repairs or building.

Cleaning: Help clean the kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms and common areas.

Social Work: Help with volunteer work in local projects and communities.

Additional fee required

Amount: US$ 4 Per day

Fee pays for: Benefits for travelers and Donation to project

Description: For the fee we charge volunteers, 4 USD per day, we will of course retain a portion to further develop the community project. This also covers benefits during days off, such as taking volunteers on trips. If volunteers wish to make additional donations after completing the program, they are welcome to do so by informing the host directly.


What you get

Shared Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other travelers.

Language lessons: Take free language classes at our place.

Use our equipped kitchen: Feel free to use our kitchen and make your own delicious food.

Program Details

Overall, this program invites volunteers to help prepare for the village festival, engage in cultural exchange, support the community in various activities, help enhance English language use within the community, and share knowledge and experiences with each other. At the same time, it provides an opportunity to promote the community to international volunteers.


Activities & Shift

The main activities on workdays include helping to prepare for the community festival, such as setting up the venue, cleaning the temple grounds, and cleaning the restrooms. After that, volunteers may explore the community and assist with other activities, such as picking up trash, cutting grass, or interacting with local people. On days off, volunteers can choose to relax or go on tours outside the village.

8. 📱 Communication – Notify the host if you go out or need time off.


9. 🌿 Participate in activities – Join cultural or community events if you like, but it’s optional.


10. 💖 Enjoy and learn – Be cheerful, open to new experiences, and make the most of your stay!


11. ❌ Avoid inappropriate activities – Please refrain from activities that may be disrespectful to the community or culture.


12. 👗 Dress appropriately at temples – Female volunteers should wear modest clothing when visiting temples.
