The experience

We are non- profit community based organization working with disadvantage children in Luuka District of Uganda. We provide them with love, basic Education , scholastic materials, self-reliance skills , clothes and food.
My name is Francis Baale the co-founder of Budondo charity foundation Luuka District that supports orphans for Education and women Empowerment through hand projects skilling .
We really welcome voluneers work with us in Luuka .

What you offer

18 hours of help per week

Child Care: Caring for, playing with, and spending time with children.

Teaching Languages: Teaching a language to the host, guests, or local communities.

What you get

2 days off per week

Private Room: You will have a bed in a private room. In other words, a room just for you.

Breakfast: You are entitled to a free breakfast, every day of your stay.

Lunch: You are entitled to a free lunch, every day of your stay.

Dinner: You are entitled to a free dinner, every day of your stay.

Free Tours: We’ll take you on tours and rides around town. For free!

Free Hiking Tours: We’ll take you on excursions and hikes around town. For free!

Pick Up: We will pick you up when you arrive, and take you to our property.

Yoga classes: Take free yoga classes at our place.

Language lessons: Take free language classes at our place.

Certificate: Get a certificate of completion after you finish your experience.

Basic Internet Access: Basic speed internet for you to work remotely

Program Details

You will the opportunity to meet new people from diverse tribes in Uganda, experience diversity of foods and cultures, Uganda is a welcoming country with beautiful places and languages. there is a lot to learn from you and from us.

During their time off. Volunteer can take community Walks, go hill climbing, go swimming at lake Victoria, attend community music and drama concerts, tour different places like hiking the hills in Luuka District.

We have a wide variety of activities where you can volunteers which include Teaching in our school, cooking, baby sitting, helping at school farm, tree planting project, dance, music and art workshops, life skills training, farm, fundraising, photography, video, construction among others
