What you offer

24 hours of help per week

Cleaning: Help clean the kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms and common areas.

Administration: Help with booking systems and payments.

Reception: Help with check-ins, check-outs and guest assistance.

Bartending: Make and serve drinks and help maintain the beverages inventory.

What you get

4 days off per week

Shared Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other travelers.

Breakfast: You are entitled to a free breakfast, every day of your stay.

Free Tours: We’ll take you on tours and rides around town. For free!

Bikes at your disposal: You can use our bikes any time you want.

Use our equipped kitchen: Feel free to use our kitchen and make your own delicious food.

Fast Internet Access: High-speed internet for you to work remotely

Requirements

Fluent English or Intermediate Spanish

Between 21 and 40 years old

Welcomes solo volunteers, couples, and partners of volunteers

Program Details

As a volunteer, you’ll help us welcome guests and support our small, creative team in daily tasks.
You’ll learn about guest experience, bar service, and community hosting, contributing to an atmosphere where everyone feels at home.

This experience is ideal for friendly, adaptable people who enjoy hospitality, art, and meaningful human connections 🌞

Activities & Shift

Your main tasks will include:
✨ Welcoming and introducing guests during check-in
🍹 Helping at the bar with simple food and drink service
🌿 Supporting general community tasks and creating a cozy environment

24 hours per week
4 days off — plenty of time to explore, rest, or enjoy creative time for yourself
