I had a wonderful experience at the hostel ! The tasks are quite easy and never went over 2 hours. Naoko is always available to answer any questions that you or the guests may have . Robin and her are lovely people that totally understood the situation when I had to leave earlier than expected which I truly appreciated. The team we had with the others volunteers was an amazing experience and I had the opportunity to work with wonderful people. The only down side is probably the comfort of the beds and the lack of space in the dorms for your stuff, but for one month it isn't that inconvenient

I felt like home since day one! It's a place with a very cozy atmosphere. I came here in low season, and the work was a bit low, but there are always guest, so you won't get bored. Robin and Naoko are really lovely hosts! The have lots of experiences, and I really enjoyed long talks with them. And the relation with the others volunteers here was really great! It was like being in a big family! And the City, it's beautiful! I still have a lot of places to go around! Also get to go in some of the Northern Lights tour, which I can't describe in words.

Este fué mi primer voluntariado, pasé un mes increíble en la hermosa ciudad de Tromsø. Las tareas a realizar fueron sencillas y tranquilas lo que me permitió tener mucho tiempo libre para explorar y disfrutar de la ciudad. Tuve la oportunidad de unirme gratuitamente a dos tours organizados por el hostel, uno de ellos fué la caza de autoras. El perrito Burger es sin dudas el alma del hostel, buscando siempre el cariño de todos, disfruté mucho jugar con él y pasearlo, lo voy a extrañar mucho!!! 🐶 En resumen, mi experiencia fué muy buena y la recomiendo ampliamente 😊

La mejor experiencia de voluntariado que tuve!! fue hermosa!! ✨️La ubicacion es espectacular y tromso es un lugar de ensueños, ojala algun dia podamos volver! Me senti como en casa, robin y naoko son muy simpaticos, agradables y ademas flexibles con los horarios, pudimos disfrutar de tours gratis organizados por robin y fueron espectaculares🌌 ... ademas tienen una hermosa mascota llamada burger que alegra nuestros dias y es muy adorable 🐶🐶

Una decisión muy acertada fue la de venir a este hostel. Mucha buena onda, gente súper agradable, las tareas no son pesadas y están bien distribuidas. Robin es una muy buena persona, súper flexible con los horarios y tareas. El hostel tiene una ubicación excelente. Increíble lugar, 100% recomendable y más si es tu primer voluntariado!
