The experience

We’re a fun, social, and easygoing hostel located just a short walk from the beach in El Nido, Palawan. Our goal is to create a welcoming space where travelers from around the world can relax, connect, and enjoy the island life. We’re looking for friendly, responsible volunteers who love helping others and spreading good vibes!

What you offer

25 hours of help per week

Tour Guide: Organize and lead tours around the city.

Party Promoter: Help organise and promote parties and social activities.

Reception: Help with check-ins, check-outs and guest assistance.

What you get

2 days off per week

Private Room: You will have a bed in a private room. In other words, a room just for you.

Shared Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other travelers.

Breakfast: You are entitled to a free breakfast, every day of your stay.

Lunch: You are entitled to a free lunch, every day of your stay.

Intermediate English

Between 21 and 35 years old

Program Details

As a volunteer, you’ll be part of our small, international team that keeps the hostel running smoothly. Your tasks may include helping at reception, assisting guests with check-ins and check-outs, tidying common areas, organizing small social activities, and supporting our daily operations.

In exchange, you’ll get free accommodation, breakfast, and plenty of time to explore El Nido’s incredible beaches, lagoons, and waterfalls.

Activities & Shift

Volunteers typically work 4–6hours per day, 5 days per week, with 2 days off to explore the area or relax.
Main tasks include:
• Welcoming and assisting guests
• Light housekeeping (common areas)
• Helping with breakfast or hostel events
• Supporting check-in/check-out times

Shifts are usually morning or afternoon, depending on the schedule.

Rules

To keep everything running smoothly, we ask that volunteers:
1. Be respectful and friendly with guests and staff.
2. Show up on time for shifts.
3. Keep personal and shared spaces clean.
4. No excessive drinking or loud noise during quiet hours.
5. Maintain a positive, team oriented attitude.
