25 hours of help per week

Party Promoter: Help organise and promote parties and social activities.

Shared Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other travelers.

Lunch: You are entitled to a free lunch, every day of your stay.

Fast Internet Access: High-speed internet for you to work remotely

Fluent English

Between 21 and 35 years old

Only hosts solo volunteers (doesn’t accept couples or partners)

Program Details

What You’ll Do
• Welcome guests and help them feel at home
• Spend time with guests, check in on them, and recommend fun things to do
• Support and host events (Paint & Sip, yoga, game night, live music, etc.)
• Celebrate birthdays or special moments with guests
• Be a friendly face if someone needs help or is feeling unwell
• Share new ideas and get creative with guest activities
• Spread the word about Tiki Beach around the island
• If you enjoy social media or content creation, that’s a big plus. We love creative people who want to help capture the Tiki vibe.

Basically, you’ll be more than a volunteer—you’ll be a friend, host, and tour guide for our guests.
