We’re looking for motivated, friendly, and responsible travelers to help us keep things running smoothly while enjoying everything this vibrant coastal city has to offer.

What you offer

30 hours of help per week

Night Shift: Help with night shift tasks and create a relaxing environment for guests.

Cleaning: Help clean the kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms and common areas.

Reception: Help with check-ins, check-outs and guest assistance.

What you get

2 days off per week

Shared Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other travelers.

Use our equipped kitchen: Feel free to use our kitchen and make your own delicious food.

Fast Internet Access: High-speed internet for you to work remotely

Dedicated Workspace: Specific space for you to work remotely

Requirements

Intermediate English or Intermediate Spanish

Over 18 years old

Welcomes solo volunteers, couples, and partners of volunteers

European Union Passport

Program Details

This is the perfect opportunity for anyone who wants to gain experience in hospitality, improve their Spanish (or English!), and live in one of Spain’s most exciting destinations.

You’ll work alongside an international team, meet people from all over the world, and have plenty of free time to explore Málaga’s beaches, nightlife, and local culture. ☀️🌊

Activities & Shift

As part of our team, you’ll help with reception tasks, light cleaning duties, and occasional night shifts, ensuring every guest feels welcome and has an incredible stay.
