Although each role has a main focus, we work together as a team. You may occasionally assist other helpers or staff with different tasks such as painting or repairing.

We never force anyone to do tasks they strongly dislike, but we do appreciate flexible, team-oriented people who enjoy learning new things and helping where needed.

Program Details

We are renovating two houses with beautiful garden – ONIWA (near Aoyama Station) and Kozakura (near Fuki Station) – to open as guesthouses and community spaces.
Each area has its own charm: ONIWA is close to shops and restaurants, while Kozakura is surrounded by rice fields and closer to the beach area, perfect for countryside walks.
You will live in one of these houses while helping with renovation and guesthouse tasks.
I'm the right person to go for lunch with if you are food lover!
