The experience

Join our educational and daycare project in beautiful Arusha! We welcome volunteers who are passionate about helping others and eager to share skills while learning from Tanzanian culture.

The college and daycare centre are registered by goverment to offer vocational training skills.


What you offer

5 hours of help per day

Gardening: Help grow plants and cultivate gardens

Housekeeping: Help with changing the bed linens and general housekeeping.

Child Care: Caring for, playing with, and spending time with children.

Kitchen Hand: Help prepare, finish and serve meals.


What you get

2 days off per week

Shared Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other travelers.

Breakfast: You are entitled to a free breakfast, every day of your stay.

Lunch: You are entitled to a free lunch, every day of your stay.

Dinner: You are entitled to a free dinner, every day of your stay.

Get free drinks or beverages.: Drink up! Get free and tasty drinks for yourself.

Language lessons: Take free language classes at our place.

Certificate: Get a certificate of completion after you finish your experience.

Basic Internet Access: Basic speed internet for you to work remotely

Program Details

Our community-based institution provides vocational training for youth and a daycare center for children from local families. Volunteers play a meaningful role in supporting our mission — from helping with basic education and daily routines to sharing creative skills or assisting in practical training.

You’ll experience true Tanzanian culture, enjoy home-cooked meals, visit local markets, and join cultural activities like learning traditional cooking or Swahili basics. The environment is safe, friendly, and welcoming to all.


Activities & Shift

Volunteers may assist with:
Child Care – Helping teachers, playing with children, and assisting during mealtimes.
Education Support – Helping at the college with lessons, language exchange, or practical training.
🍴 Kitchen & Housekeeping – Assisting with meal preparation, cleaning, and keeping spaces organized.

⏰ 5 hours a day, 2 days off for relaxation, cultural exchange, or exploring Arusha’s mountains and local attractions.
