Join our eco-project and get hands-on experience in sustainable farming! From seedbeds to gardens, organic fertilizers, and reforestation, you’ll learn ancestral and modern techniques to regenerate the soil and support local farmers. What you offer

Painting & Decorating:
Help with painting or decorating the property facilities.
Social Work:
Help with volunteer work in local projects and communities.
Farming:

What you get

Activities & Shift
5 hours/day, 5 days/week (Mon–Fri) — weekends free for rest or exploration
Activities vary depending on your profile and the project’s needs:
🌿 Agroecology: preparing seedbeds, composting, planting, harvesting, supporting organic fertilizer production.
📊 Administration/Marketing: creating social media content, helping with photos, assisting in project communication.
Weekly Contribution:
Standard (farm/agroecology): $100/week
Home support (kitchen/cleaning): $80/week
Flexibility: We assign activities based on your skills, preferences, and the project’s current needs.
Rules
Respect the community, culture, and traditions of San Antonio de Pasa.
No drugs or excessive alcohol are allowed in the accommodation or community spaces.
Volunteers are expected to keep their rooms and common areas clean.
Meals included: breakfast and lunch. Dinner is self-prepared in the shared kitchen.
Notify in advance if you have dietary restrictions or allergies.
Respect work schedules and commitments agreed upon in the interview.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential.
Limited smoking area (outside only).
Photography of community members only with prior consent.
