The experience

Do you enjoy fixing things, working with tools, and bringing life to unique places? Then this experience is for you!

In our castle, we’re looking for volunteers who are passionate about electricity, plumbing, and general repairs. You don’t need to be a professional — what matters most is your willingness to share your skills, learn new ones, and help us keep this historic place alive and beautiful.

What you offer

15 hours of help per week

Arts: Help with painting, graffiti, sculpting or drawing.

Painting & Decorating: Help with painting or decorating the property facilities.

Building & Repairing: Help with a wide range of repairs or building.

Gardening: Help grow plants and cultivate gardens


What you get

2 days off per week

Team Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other people.

Free Laundry: You can use our laundry room freely.

Bikes at your disposal: You can use our bikes any time you want.

Use our equipped kitchen: Feel free to use our kitchen and make your own delicious food.

Fast Internet Access: High-speed internet for you to work remotely

Beginner English or Beginner Spanish

Welcomes solo volunteers, couples, and partners of volunteers

Give a hand with basic electrical installations (lights, sockets, simple wiring).

Support in plumbing fixes (faucets, pipes, small leaks).

Take part in general repairs and improvements (doors, windows, furniture, locks).

Keep tools tidy and organized for everyone’s use.

Use water, electricity, and tools responsibly.

Be friendly and respectful with other volunteers and guests.

No smoking inside the buildings.
