Homestay in the Alps of Austria

The experience

This is a homestay in the mountains of Austria. The house is located high up in complete solitude, surrounded by gorgeous mountains. We are only a very short distance away from several of Austria's famous ski areas. I am looking for help with the household, namely cooking, cleaning, grocery shopping, and general housekeeping.

What you offer

16 hours of help per week

Cleaning: Help clean the kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms and common areas.

Housekeeping: Help with changing the bed linens and general housekeeping.

Cooking: Choose the menu, pick ingredients and cook delicious dishes.

What you get

3 days off per week

Private Room: You will have a bed in a private room. In other words, a room just for you.

Breakfast: You are entitled to a free breakfast, every day of your stay.

Lunch: You are entitled to a free lunch, every day of your stay.

Dinner: You are entitled to a free dinner, every day of your stay.

Free Laundry: You can use our laundry room freely.

Free Tours: We’ll take you on tours and rides around town. For free!

Free Hiking Tours: We’ll take you on excursions and hikes around town. For free!

Pick Up: We will pick you up when you arrive, and take you to our property.

Language lessons: Take free language classes at our place.

Use our equipped kitchen: Feel free to use our kitchen and make your own delicious food.

Fast Internet Access: High-speed internet for you to work remotely

Dedicated Workspace: Specific space for you to work remotely

Requirements

Beginner English or Beginner German

Welcomes solo volunteers, couples, and partners of volunteers

Flights, Travel Insurance, Internal Transportation and Visa

Program Details

You'll be provided a private bedroom, writing desk, and bathroom. I am looking for someone to help with cooking, cleaning, grocery shopping, and general housekeeping.

Activities & Shift

As long as the work gets done, you are free to create your own schedule and work hours.
