* Support with **social media management** (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook).
* Create engaging **content** (photos, reels, stories, short videos).
* Help us with **website creation*

What you offer

5 hours of help per day

Photography: Take, edit and provide amazing photos.

Video Making: Create, edit and publish digital videos.

Social Media: Maintain and update social media channels.

1 day off per week

Shared Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other travelers.

Requirements

Intermediate English or Intermediate French

Between 18 and 60 years old

Only hosts solo volunteers (doesn’t accept couples or partners)

European Union Passport

United States visa or citizenship

Program Details

We are Freebirds Surf Hostel, located in Tamraght, Morocco. Our volunteer program is focused on marketing and creativity. We are looking for someone who can help us improve our online presence by supporting with social media, creating engaging content, and helping to design or update our website. Volunteers will have the opportunity to live in a friendly surf community, enjoy Moroccan culture, and contribute their skills to grow our project.

Activities & Shift

Create and post content on Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.

Help design visuals, short videos, or stories to promote hostel activities.

Assist in building or updating the hostel website.

Brainstorm and share ideas to attract surf travelers and digital nomads.

Shifts are flexible: around 4–5 hours per day, 5 days a week, leaving plenty of free time to surf, explore, and enjoy the area.

Rules

Be respectful to guests, staff, and other volunteers.

Keep shared spaces clean and organized.

No heavy drinking or drugs inside the hostel.

Good communication and teamwork are essential.
