The experience

You will play a key role in creating a welcoming and high-quality guest experience. You’ll be responsible for ensuring our guest houses and shared spaces are clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared. You’ll also support guest arrivals and communication, helping maintain the calm and caring atmosphere that defines Quinta Bohemia. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both hospitality and hands-on work in a beautiful natural setting.

What you offer

25 hours of help per week

Painting & Decorating: Help with painting or decorating the property facilities.

Cleaning: Help clean the kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms and common areas.

Housekeeping: Help with changing the bed linens and general housekeeping.

Gardening: Help grow plants and cultivate gardens

2 days off per week

Private Room: You will have a bed in a private room. In other words, a room just for you.

Free Laundry: You can use our laundry room freely.

Bikes at your disposal: You can use our bikes any time you want.

Fast Internet Access: High-speed internet for you to work remotely

Dedicated Workspace: Specific space for you to work remotely

Fluent English

Over 18 years old

Welcomes solo volunteers, couples, and partners of volunteers

Program Details

Free private studio accommodation on the eco-resort with a private bathroom, kitchenette and backyard. Good internet access. Daily stipend to cover meals.
