The experience

We are looking for a hands-on, proactive person to support the stewardship of our land, gardens, and guest houses. This role blends outdoor work, basic carpentry, garden and tree care, and infrastructure maintenance. You’ll be an essential part of daily operations, ensuring our spaces remain beautiful, functional, and in harmony with nature.

What you offer

25 hours of help per week

Painting & Decorating: Help with painting or decorating the property facilities.

Building & Repairing: Help with a wide range of repairs or building.

Farming: Plant crops, sow seeds and help in outside tasks.

Gardening: Help grow plants and cultivate gardens

2 days off per week

Private Room: You will have a bed in a private room. In other words, a room just for you.

Free Laundry: You can use our laundry room freely.

Bikes at your disposal: You can use our bikes any time you want.
