The experience

Hola a todos!
Nuestro hostel está en constante crecimiento y los voluntarios siempre han dado una vibra y sabor diferente a nuestros huéspedes. Necesitamos 2 voluntarios para trabajar en recepción turnos de 6 horas por 5 días y dos días libres a la semana!
Los turnos son rolados para que sea equitativo el trabajo entre todos!
El hostal tiene buenas instalaciones para tu comodidad y además te ofrecemos 1 vez a la semana la lavar tu ropa !

What you offer

30 hours of help per week

Night Shift: Help with night shift tasks and create a relaxing environment for guests.

Cleaning: Help clean the kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms and common areas.

Administration: Help with booking systems and payments.

Reception: Help with check-ins, check-outs and guest assistance.

What you get

2 days off per week

Shared Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other travelers.

Team Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other people.

Free Laundry: You can use our laundry room freely.

Use our equipped kitchen: Feel free to use our kitchen and make your own delicious food.

Basic Internet Access: Basic speed internet for you to work remotely

Requirements

Fluent Spanish and Intermediate English

Between 25 and 50 years old

Only hosts solo volunteers (doesn’t accept couples or partners)

Be from Mexico

Travel insurance

Program Details

The deal is simple, you provide good customer service, you comply with your work hours, you make good use of the work tools and in return no one bothers you and you can continue with your activities.

Activities & Shift

You will work 6 hours a day, with two days off per week. You will work night shifts once or twice a week.

Rules

-Giving the main key to guests is prohibited, as this will result in your eviction.
-Illegal substances are not permitted.
-Your visitors are not allowed.
-The hostel's cost efficiency is essential.
