🌿 Live Off-Grid in Nature – Help on Our Sustainable Farm 🌱

The experience

Come experience off-grid living surrounded by Gondwana rainforest, rolling hills, and the chatter of birds. Our small 50ha farm is about 60% rainforest, with goats, gardens, and ongoing sustainability projects.

This is more than volunteering—it’s a cultural and ecological exchange. You’ll learn about off-grid living, permaculture, and sustainable farming while enjoying the serenity of the Australian bush. 🌿✨

Program Details

We welcome volunteers who want to connect with nature, learn new skills, and support projects such as:

Regenerating rainforest & planting native trees 🌳
Gardening and landscaping 🌼
Light farm work & goat care 🐐
Fencing, repairs, and general maintenance 🔧
Helping finish and improve the cozy shed living quarters 🏡

You’ll have your own private, self-contained quarters (42m²) with a queen/double bed, flushing toilet, washing machine, kitchen, solar power, rainwater supply, and a slow-combustion heater. Perfect for singles or couples who enjoy peaceful surroundings.

We provide ingredients and stock your pantry with healthy food options (special dietary needs respected). You’ll cook your own meals, just like us.

We’ve been working for over a decade to live sustainably, regenerating land and rainforest, and would love help from volunteers who share those values.

-Enthusiasm, respect, and care for nature, animals, and community.
-About 20 hours of help per week (flexible schedule—you can spread hours daily or fit them around your adventures).

Cultural exchange & sustainability learning 🌍
Time to explore Dorrigo National Park, local waterfalls, and pristine wilderness 🌊🏞️
