The experience

We’re a cozy guesthouse in the heart of Jongno-gu, just steps away from Myeongdong, Dongdaemun, and Seoul’s most famous attractions. Our name reflects our vibe: ohana means “family” — and that’s exactly what we want you to feel when you join us. 🌸

As a volunteer, you’ll help us create a welcoming atmosphere for travelers from around the world while enjoying everything Seoul has to offer.

What you offer

18 hours of help per week

Housekeeping: Help with changing the bed linens and general housekeeping.

Reception: Help with check-ins, check-outs and guest assistance.

1 day off per week

Team Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other people.

Breakfast: You are entitled to a free breakfast, every day of your stay.

Program Details

You’ll be staying in a comfortable 4-bed shared staff room(shared bathroom) and become part of our international family, making memories that will last a lifetime.

Activities & Shift

Volunteers usually contribute 15–18 hours per week, spread over 5–6 days, with 1–2 days off to explore Seoul. Depending on the needs, you may help with:

🛎️ Reception: welcoming guests, check-in/out, sharing local tips
🧹 Housekeeping: light cleaning and keeping spaces cozy

We rotate roles so everyone can learn and contribute in different areas.
