The experience

We’re looking for an energetic, down-to-earth guy Your role will be to create an amazing atmosphere for our guests by organizing and leading fun social activities that bring people together. We need someone friendly, creative, and approachable who loves connecting with people and making sure everyone feels welcome. Along with hosting activities, you’ll also help at the reception, greeting guests and supporting the team when needed

What you offer

5 hours of help per day

Tour Guide: Organize and lead tours around the city.

Party Promoter: Help organise and promote parties and social activities.

Cleaning: Help clean the kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms and common areas.

Reception: Help with check-ins, check-outs and guest assistance.

What you get

1 day off per week

Private Room: You will have a bed in a private room. In other words, a room just for you.

Breakfast: You are entitled to a free breakfast, every day of your stay.

Dinner: You are entitled to a free dinner, every day of your stay.

Discounts on Restaurants: Get discounts at nearby restaurants.

Free Hiking Tours: We’ll take you on excursions and hikes around town. For free!

Free Events: Get free entrance for the best events in town.

Yoga classes: Take free yoga classes at our place.

Basic Internet Access: Basic speed internet for you to work remotely

Requirements

Intermediate English

Only hosts solo volunteers (doesn’t accept couples or partners)

Be from outside Sri Lanka

What's not included

Flights, Travel Insurance, Internal Transportation and Visa
