Join Casa Maré, a creative coliving by the Lagoa da Conceição in Florianópolis 🏝️. We’re looking for volunteers to create content, promote and sell tours, guide guests on local experiences, and support with reception — all while sharing your energy and passions with our vibrant community!

What you offer

28 hours of help per week

Party Promoter: Help organise and promote parties and social activities.

Reception: Help with check-ins, check-outs and guest assistance.

Night Shift: Help with night shift tasks and create a relaxing environment for guests.

Administration: Help with booking systems and payments.

What you get

2 days off per week

Shared Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other travelers.

Pub Crawls: Be a part of our pub crawls at local bars!

Bikes at your disposal: You can use our bikes any time you want.

Surfboards: You can use our surfboards as much as you want.

Use our equipped kitchen: Feel free to use our kitchen and make your own delicious food.

Fast Internet Access: High-speed internet for you to work remotely

Dedicated Workspace: Specific space for you to work remotely

Requirements

Beginner English or Beginner Portuguese

Between 18 and 40 years old

Only hosts solo volunteers (doesn’t accept couples or partners)

What's not included

Flights, Travel Insurance, Internal Transportation and Visa

Program Details

Help is 6 hours per day with 2 days off per week, with opportunities year-round during high, mid, and low seasons.
