The experience

Do you love spending time with kids and helping them learn? Come join our kindergarten in beautiful Zanzibar!
As a volunteer, you will:
👧👦 Play with the children and help with fun learning activities
🎨 Get creative with drawing, singing, and games
📚 Support the teachers during class
😊 Bring smiles and share kindness every day
No teaching experience? No problem! Everyone is welcome your enthusiasm and care matter most

What you offer

2 hours of help per day

Teaching Sports: Teaching or assisting the host, guests, or local communities in practicing sports or physical activities.

Teaching Languages: Teaching a language to the host, guests, or local communities.

Cleaning: Help clean the kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms and common areas.

Child Care: Caring for, playing with, and spending time with children.

Additional fee required

Amount: US$ 10 Per day

Fee pays for: Materials for volunteer activities and Donation to project

Description: Volunteer contribute $10 dollar will be used in maintenance, water and electricity bills also supporting the project.

What you get

3 days off per week

Private Room: You will have a bed in a private room. In other words, a room just for you.

Shared Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other travelers.

Breakfast: You are entitled to a free breakfast, every day of your stay.

Discounts on Tours: Get discounts for tours and excursions around town.

Language lessons: Take free language classes at our place.

Use our equipped kitchen: Feel free to use our kitchen and make your own delicious food.

Certificate: Get a certificate of completion after you finish your experience.

Basic Internet Access: Basic speed internet for you to work remotely

Requirements

Beginner English

Between 18 and 70 years old

Welcomes solo volunteers, couples, and partners of volunteers

Program Details

Just 2 hours per day from Monday to Thursday leaving you plenty of time to enjoy island life
