I had an okay time at the organization. The accommodation, food and type of tasks met my expectations, including cleaning, preparing sauna snacks and other daily tasks. The people were generally nice. However, I received 2 fewer days off than agreed, and work–free time boundaries were often not respected. Task organisation lacked planning, with frequent interruptions and last-minute requests, making the workload feel stressful and, at times, unfair.
