What you offer

25 hours of help per week

Arts: Help with painting, graffiti, sculpting or drawing.

Music: Perform to entertain guests, children or local communities.

Party Promoter: Help organise and promote parties and social activities.

Bartending: Make and serve drinks and help maintain the beverages inventory.

2 days off per week

Team Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other people.

Breakfast: You are entitled to a free breakfast, every day of your stay.

Free Laundry: You can use our laundry room freely.

Bikes at your disposal: You can use our bikes any time you want.

Use our equipped kitchen: Feel free to use our kitchen and make your own delicious food.

Requirements

Fluent English and Intermediate Italian

Between 18 and 35 years old

Welcomes solo volunteers, couples, and partners of volunteers

Program Details

This role is not just about being a party promoter. It's about connecting with people, motivating groups and spreading the good vibes that characterise our hotel chain. We want people with initiative, good communication skills and, above all, the desire to make every moment special.

What will you do as a volunteer?
✨ Organise social and cultural activities (karaoke, Paint&Zip, theme nights, etc.)
✨ Manage groups of guests, encouraging integration and fun.
✨ Share useful information while creating a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere.
