Program Details

More than just farm work, this is an opportunity to experience a conscious lifestyle, do farm work, connect deeply with nature, and become part of a warm and welcoming community.

If your values align with our vision of creating a better world, one community at a time, then this program is for you. We envision that instead of a problem-solution oriented mindset, holistic way to life as it is in an ecovillage is best for humanity.

Our program is not a vacation stay, but a passionate attempt to create an alternate sustainable model.

Be ready to be stretched to your limits and experience real transformation through self development.

Here, you’ll discover an unseen part of India, share authentic rural experiences, and find the joy of living in balance with people and the earth. 🌍🌿

Our priority is the well-being of every individual — physically, emotionally, and spiritually. Life here flows at a gentle pace, guided by purposeful action and mindful living.

Each day begins early with practices such as yoga, meditation, or movement exercises, followed by a morning work circle. Farm work is done in small teams, maintaining a conscious approach to every task. Evenings bring cultural sessions and a communal dinner, strengthening our bonds as a community.

Meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner) are shared in the common dining area, and there are also spaces for volunteers to hold workshops or creative sessions.

This is more than volunteering — it’s a chance to rejuvenate, heal, and reconnect with yourself while contributing to a meaningful project. ✨

Activities & Shift

🕉️ 30 hours per week | 2 days off

We believe in a free culture and a non hierarchial structure. You will have to track your work hours and fulfill six hour per day. All the farm tasks are prioritized and displayed on a board. Work is discussed in morning work circle and then you are expected to do things with diligence.

Typical activities include:

Seeding, weeding, and planting 🌱
Harvesting and food forest care 🌿
Applying natural pest control & bio-stimulants. Also, cleaning, building, construction and maintenance.
Helping with workshops and cultural sessions might be required.
Participating in meditation, yoga, and group activities will be helpful.

Help follow the natural rhythm of the sun. Show puctuality and work with passion, devotion and honesty even if its hard work.

Rules

🌿 This land and farm are our temple, and we honor it with respect.

No drugs, alcohol, or prostitution are allowed on the premises.
Sexual abuse or harassment will not be tolerated — offenders will be reported to the authorities.
Loud music and party culture are not part of this space.

Instead, we encourage respectful communication, conscious living, and loving action. If you’re looking for a place to heal, learn, and grow together, you will feel at home here. 💫
