25 hours of help per week
Night Shift:
Help with night shift tasks and create a relaxing environment for guests.
Cleaning:
Help clean the kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms and common areas.
Housekeeping:
Help with changing the bed linens and general housekeeping.
Reception:
Help with check-ins, check-outs and guest assistance.

Program Details
This program is designed to maintain the cleanliness, organization, and functionality of the residence on a daily and weekly basis. It ensures that common areas, guest rooms, and facilities remain tidy, comfortable, and welcoming for both guests and residents.
Objectives:
Maintain hygiene and cleanliness in all common areas.
Ensure guest readiness by preparing rooms and necessary supplies.
Provide proper plant and pet (fish) care.
Perform weekly deep-cleaning and maintenance tasks.
Maintain order and security of the residence by managing lights, AC, and locking procedures.
Scope of Work:
Daily Responsibilities:
Morning duties include cleaning, plant care, feeding fish, and preparing guest rooms.
Afternoon duties involve checking laundry and ensuring rooms remain in order.
Evening duties include trash disposal, kitchen organization, and preparing the residence for the night (closing doors, turning off lights, and securing keys).
Weekly Responsibilities:
Each day of the week includes one focused deep-cleaning or maintenance task, such as removing cobwebs, separating garbage, washing outdoor areas, or cleaning specific appliances and rooms.
Expected Outcomes:
A consistently clean, safe, and pleasant environment.
Guests feel comfortable and well cared for.
Reduced long-term maintenance costs through regular upkeep.
Organized workflow that balances daily upkeep with deep-cleaning tasks.
Activities & Shift
✅ Daily Tasks (Every day)
08:00 am – 02:00 am
Turn on / off lights outside and AC
Turn on music
Sweep and mop 1st floor (reception area)
Check and add a little bit of dessert and refill water
Feed fish (3 taps per fish)
Water the plants outside and on the 2nd floor (balcony), and clear some trash outside
Check toilet for tissue paper (bring from 1st floor)
Sweep inside the 2nd floor (guest bedroom) and balcony
Prepare bed for new guest
02:00 – 05:00 pm
Break time
05:00 – 11:00 pm
Check the bedding for washing
06:00 pm
Turn on the AC
Clear the trash outside (blue trash bin)
Bring the chairs inside the kitchen
10:30 pm
Keep products inside the kitchen and lock, put the key above the table inside the counter
11:00 pm
Close the door and turn off the lights inside (except stairs and outside)
📅 Weekly Tasks
Tuesday → Use the long stick next to the bathroom and sweep cobwebs throughout the entire residence
Wednesday → Separate garbage by crushing bottles into bags
Thursday → Pour water and detergent in front of the accommodation
Friday → Clean 3rd floor (your room)
Saturday → Clean the fan above the table near reception
Sunday → Clean and fix the kitchen
Rules
🙌 General House Rules for Volunteers
1. Working Hours
Volunteers are expected to work [X] hours per day, [X] days per week.
Break times are provided and should be respected.
Punctuality is important; please start and finish your shift on time.
2. Responsibilities
Follow the daily and weekly task schedule provided.
Take care of the property, including cleaning, gardening, and maintenance duties.
Treat equipment, tools, and facilities with care.
3. Accommodation & Common Areas
Keep your room and shared spaces clean and tidy.
Respect quiet hours (usually 10:00 pm – 7:00 am).
Do not leave personal belongings in common areas.
4. Kitchen & Meals
Clean up after yourself in the kitchen.
Wash and return all dishes and utensils after use.
Respect shared food arrangements (label your food if necessary).
5. Smoking, Alcohol & Substances
Smoking is only allowed in designated outdoor areas.
Excessive alcohol consumption and disruptive behavior are not allowed.
Drugs and illegal substances are strictly prohibited.
6. Visitors
Visitors must be approved by the host/manager.
Overnight stays for outside visitors are not permitted without permission.
7. Security
Always lock doors and gates when leaving.
Do not share keys with outsiders.
Management is not responsible for personal belongings—keep valuables safe.
8. Respect & Community Spirit
Be respectful towards fellow volunteers, staff, and guests.
Communicate openly if you have issues or suggestions.
Help create a friendly and positive atmosphere.
