The experience

As part of our team, you'll assist with front desk duties, including guest check-in and check-out, handling basic inquiries, and ensuring that each guest receives a friendly, professional, and warm welcome.

In addition to front desk responsibilities, we may also need your help to lead or support fun social events such as pub crawls, trips to Batu Caves, BBQ nights, and more.

What you offer

25 hours of help per week

Tour Guide: Organize and lead tours around the city.

Party Promoter: Help organise and promote parties and social activities.

Reception: Help with check-ins, check-outs and guest assistance.

What you get

2 days off per week

Shared Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other travelers.

In addition to front desk responsibilities, we may also need your help to lead or support fun social events such as pub crawls, trips to Batu Caves, BBQ nights, and more. These activities are a great way to connect with guests, share local culture, and create unforgettable experiences.
