The experience

Be part of the setup of a new guest house in Florianópolis and help us design smooth and welcoming operations from day one.

We’re looking for someone with guest house or hostel experience to support daily tasks such as check-in/out, room preparation, and cleaning, while also helping define processes and standards.

This is a hands-on role where you’ll work closely with the host to co-create an organized, efficient, and inviting space. 🤝🌴

What you offer

25 hours of help per week

Cleaning: Help clean the kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms and common areas.

Housekeeping: Help with changing the bed linens and general housekeeping.

Administration: Help with booking systems and payments.

Reception: Help with check-ins, check-outs and guest assistance.

What you get

2 days off per week

Private Room: You will have a bed in a private room. In other words, a room just for you.

Shared Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other travelers.

Breakfast: You are entitled to a free breakfast, every day of your stay.

Free Laundry: You can use our laundry room freely.

Free Tours: We’ll take you on tours and rides around town. For free!

Free Hiking Tours: We’ll take you on excursions and hikes around town. For free!

Yoga classes: Take free yoga classes at our place.

Fast Internet Access: High-speed internet for you to work remotely

Dedicated Workspace: Specific space for you to work remotely
