Our waiter volunteer brings energy and good vibes to our beachfront restaurant! 🌊

You’ll serve guests with a smile, help with food and drinks, and assist wherever needed to make service smooth and enjoyable.

Portuguese & English are required, as you’ll be interacting with guests from all over. 🌎

We offer a weekly food stipend of R$100.

What you offer

30 hours of help per week

Kitchen Hand: Help prepare, finish and serve meals.

Bartending: Make and serve drinks and help maintain the beverages inventory.

Shared Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other travelers.

Requirements

Intermediate Portuguese and Intermediate English

Between 20 and 29 years old

Only hosts solo volunteers (doesn’t accept couples or partners)

Program Details

The volunteer position is 30 hours per week with 2 days off.

In this role, you’ll serve guests with a smile, help with food and drinks, assist wherever needed, and ensure a smooth and enjoyable dining experience.

We’re looking for proactive, friendly, and flexible people who are eager to learn, improve, and most importantly, be part of something bigger – our vibrant surf community! 🌊✨

Activities & Shift

Tasks:

- Serve food and drinks to guests with attention and a smile.
- Set up and organize tables, keeping the restaurant tidy.
- Assist with general floor duties as needed (e.g., replenishing utensils, quick table clean-ups).
- Take and check orders to ensure accuracy before serving.
- Support other team members during busy periods.

Shifts:

- Wednesday to Sunday, 9 AM – 3 PM.
- 2 days off (usually Monday and Tuesday).

Possibility to adjust shifts or hours depending on demand.
