I had a fantastic time volunteering at the Center. It was a great first volunteering opportunity, it is well established and organised. At the same time, it is a very spiritual, relaxing, and fun place where you can experience community-style living which was a huge goal of mine. I would 100% recommend MV and I will be back to volunteer here again! It's wonderful to have lunch and dinner with everyone who's volunteering there, eat fresh food from the gardens, be able to join in in some yoga and meditations and explore Lagos or your days off.

My experience at the Center was a wonderful one, it was my first volunteering experience and I couldn't wish for a better place. The place felt like home and the people like family. If you're into health, well-being, sustainability and living in a community, the Center is perfect for you! Volunteering at the Center was an absolutely incredible experience! By day two, I already felt like part of the family. Nestled in the mountains, it's the perfect place for anyone seeking peace and connection. We shared delicious vegan/vegetarian meals together, and embraced eco-conscious living. The host Karen and team were always so appreciative of everyone's efforts. They were flexible with scheduling and off days were easy to plan with the staff car or a ride into the city/to the beautiful nearby beaches. It was a truly special and unforgettable experience, and I can't wait to return!

The Center is a really beautiful place, that receive also amazing persons from everywhere. You eat really good meals, and you have a lot of time of quality for yourself, to spend in the house or outside of the ouse. The owners os the place treat you really good, and offer to you not just their place, but also the comprehension and compassion for your work! An amazing experience for sure, I want to come back ✨️✨️

Wow! My stay at the Center was truly fulfilling, inspiring and healing. It really is a magical place, and the people really make it even more so! I felt appreciated & valued for my work, I was trusted with the responsibility of making the juices and broths for the guests which allowed me to really step up & learn how capable I am when in an environment that encourages your creativity. The community & friendships built with the other volunteers and staff are ones I will carry with me for life. Thank you for this opportunity to learn about nutrition, detoxing & deepen into spirituality!

My first WP couldn't be better, I met incredible people, learned a lot and had a great experience. the Center attracts kind and amazing people. The work is fair and organized with a schedule, the food is always good and the place is very beautiful. It has a swimming pool and sauna, and paradisiacal beaches nearby. They have great walking trails with amazing views. Richard is a great Host and Luana and Débora helped me with whatever I needed. You will feel welcomed and it will become your home in no time. This place and all the people I met will be in my heart.

I had the opportunity to try different experiences, activities, foods and therapies. That's was exactly what I needed when I arrived there. I stayed in MV for 2 months. It was a very enriching experience. MV is truly a magical space, there is a lot of healing energy emanating from all sides. Nature here is alive and present for those who have a little sensitivity to feel it. I recommend paying attention to the sound of the wind and birds and taking contemplative walks in the greenery and tones that paint the sky. Healing flows in the air. Richard is a spectacular person. A beautiful soul. All staff were very respectful, kind and understanding. MV is the best place to volunteer, details are just details.

The Center is a truly wonderful place, filled with the most amazing people! From the moment you arrive, you feel welcomed into the Center family, living, working, cooking and eating together. The place itself is a beautiful oasis in the hills near Lagos, complete with temple, sauna and pool that you're able to use when the retreat guests aren't using them. The work is mixed depending on your skills and experience, but everything is well explained and you're always felt valued. I would recommend MV to anyone who enjoys living and working in a community - it's truly fantastic!
