We’ve got an exciting project starting next week,
This is an unpaid, apprenticeship-style position that would suit someone passionate about the creative arts, music, recording, production, writing, or film. Last year we installed a green screen film studio to capture live performances, and in 2024, seven Vibey acts performed at Glastonbury — one even won the Mercury Prize. If music, film, and creativity are your thing, this could be a great fit.
While here, you’d be free to help out as much as you like, and also take time to go to the beach, walk, or pursue your own hobbies. I usually ask people to commit for a minimum of 2–3 months — shorter stays aren’t practical as it takes time to train each assistant.
Please note: VibeyStudios is alcohol- and smoke-free. The local village and the sea are nearby, and in summer it’s quite a lively, touristy area.
The role isn’t just about vibing in the studio — there will also be everyday tasks like tidying up, cleaning, making tea, and supporting the artists to feel welcome.
If this sounds like something you’d enjoy,
Yours sincerely,
James Sanger
