To grow our impact and share our story with the world, we are looking for volunteers skilled in content writing, photography, and video production. Your creativity will help us showcase our activities, inspire new volunteers, and promote opportunities for local communities.

Program Details

Our Content Creation Volunteer Program is designed for creative individuals who want to use their skills in writing, photography, and video production to support education and training initiatives in Marrakech. We organize workshops, language programs, and community development activities—and we need storytellers who can capture these moments and share them with the world.

As a volunteer, you will work closely with our team to document daily activities, produce inspiring content, and highlight the impact of our work. Your contributions will help us reach more people, attract new volunteers, and promote educational opportunities for Moroccan students and communities.

The program focuses on three main areas:

✍️ Content Writing: Articles, blog posts, and social media updates about our projects and cultural experiences.

📸 Photography: Capturing authentic images of workshops, classrooms, and local life.

🎥 Videography: Creating short videos to showcase training sessions, cultural exchange, and volunteer experiences.

Beyond technical skills, this program is about storytelling and cultural exchange. Volunteers will experience Moroccan life, traditions, and landscapes while creating content that reflects the spirit of education, community, and transformation.

This program is perfect for people who are passionate about media, social impact, and intercultural dialogue. Activities & Shift

🧑‍🤝‍🧑 What We’re Looking For

Skills in writing, photography, or video editing (you can specialize in one area or help in several).

Creativity and initiative in telling authentic stories.

Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality content.

Respect for cultural context and sensitivity when photographing/filming.

Volunteers who bring their own camera/laptop/gear are highly appreciated.

Minimum stay: 1 weeks – Maximum stay: 3 months.


✨ What You’ll Do

As a volunteer, you will:

✍️ Write engaging blog posts, articles, or social media content about our programs.

📸 Take professional-quality photos of classes, workshops, and community life.

🎥 Film and edit short videos to highlight volunteer experiences and local stories.

💡 Assist in creating promotional materials (brochures, posts, short reports).

🌍 Document daily activities to share our impact with the world.

⏰ Shifts & Weekly Schedule

Working Hours: 4–5 hours per day

Days Off: 2 days per week (flexible)

Shift Example:

Morning: Document training/education sessions.

Afternoon: Work on editing, writing, or social media content.

Rules

As a volunteer, you are not only a guest but also a representative of our project. To maintain professionalism and respect for Moroccan culture, please follow these rules:

👔 Professional & Cultural Respect

✅ Dress modestly at all times (shoulders, knees, and belly covered).

✅ Tattoos and piercings must be covered or kept discreet when photographing or filming in public/schools.

✅ Always ask permission before taking photos or videos of people, especially women and children.

✅ Respect privacy—do not share sensitive images or personal details without approval.

🚭 Behavior & Conduct

🚫 No smoking, alcohol, or drugs during volunteer hours, in schools, or community spaces.

🚫 No inappropriate or disrespectful language or behavior.

✅ Be punctual, reliable, and committed to your assigned projects.

✅ Respect local traditions, religion, and cultural practices.

📷 Content Creation Standards

✅ Only produce content that reflects positivity, respect, and authenticity.

✅ Share all photos, videos, and written materials with the project team before publishing.

✅ Do not use project images or videos for personal profit without permission.

✅ Be creative, but also sensitive to cultural and community context.
