The experience

We are a young and international team based in Kraków, one of the most vibrant and historic cities in Europe. Our project focuses on social and cultural tours that bring travelers together to explore the city, connect with travelers, and create unforgettable memories.
Our goal is to provide meaningful experiences where visitors feel welcomed, make friends from around the world, and discover Kraków’s culture in a safe, inclusive, and positive way.


What you offer

26 hours of help per week

Tour Guide: Organize and lead tours around the city.

Party Promoter: Help organise and promote parties and social activities.


What you get

3 days off per week

Team Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other people.

Breakfast: You are entitled to a free breakfast, every day of your stay.

Discounts on Drinks: Get discounts for drinks and beverages from our bar.

Discounts on Tours: Get discounts for tours and excursions around town.

Free Laundry: You can use our laundry room freely.

Free Tours: We’ll take you on tours and rides around town. For free!

Get free drinks or beverages.: Drink up! Get free and tasty drinks for yourself.

Pick Up: We will pick you up when you arrive, and take you to our property.

Use our equipped kitchen: Feel free to use our kitchen and make your own delicious food.

Fast Internet Access: High-speed internet for you to work remotely


Requirements

Intermediate English

Between 18 and 31 years old

Welcomes solo volunteers, couples, and partners of volunteers

Program Details

As a volunteer, you’ll be part of a team that organizes group activities, social events, and cultural exchanges. You’ll have the opportunity to improve your skills in hospitality, teamwork, guest relations, photography, and social media while enjoying the vibrant atmosphere of one of Europe’s most historic and exciting cities.


Activities & Shift

👋 Welcome & Orientation: Greet guests, explain the plan for the evening, and help them feel comfortable.

🗺️ Social Tours: Help to guide groups to different venues, ensuring everyone feels included and safe.

😄 Engagement: Encourage interaction among travelers, organize icebreakers or simple games, and create a fun group spirit.

📸 Photography/Content: Take photos and short videos during tours and activities for our social media and community.

📢 Promotion Support: Share information about upcoming events, help with flyers/social posts, and talk with travelers about joining.

🛡️ Safety & Respect: Ensure a positive, inclusive, and safe environment for all participants.


Rules

🤝 Respect & Inclusion: Treat everyone equally regardless of background, gender, or nationality.

🕒 Punctuality: Be on time for all scheduled activities and shifts.

🧹 Shared Responsibility: Keep accommodation and common areas clean and organized.

📵 Professional Conduct: No harassment, excessive drinking while on duty, or disrespectful behavior.

💬 Good Communication: Inform the team in advance if you cannot attend a shift or have any concerns.
