The experience

World Pacers is looking for a passionate and creative Social Media Manager (Volunteer) to join our team! 🌍✨
In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining a consistent and engaging presence across our social media platforms.

Your main responsibilities:

Create and publish 3 posts per week

Share daily stories

Design at least 1 interactive story per Day (polls, quizzes, Q&As, etc.)

Program Details

In this volunteer position, there are no fixed working hours. Your role is to live the experience and document it as it happens. The only task is to show what’s going on in the hostel in a fun, authentic, and creative way.

You’ll be:

Attending events and capturing the atmosphere 🎉

Creating and posting engaging Instagram stories and posts

Announcing upcoming events on Instagram

Sharing the hostel life in a cool and genuine style ✨

This role is perfect for someone who loves being social, creative, and active on social media while enjoying community life.

Rules

n this volunteer position, there are no fixed working hours. Your job is simple: live, explore, and document. Be glued to your phone (in the best way 😉) and capture everything you do — whether inside the hostel, at events, or even while visiting touristic spots in the city.

Your content will help show the hostel lifestyle in a fun and authentic way. You’ll:

Announce and promote hostel events on Instagram

Attend activities and capture the vibe through photos and videos

Create engaging posts that highlight both the hostel and the city
