Program Details
This is a hands-on hospitality experience in the kitchen and event area of a 4-star hotel.
As a volunteer, you will be part of a real working team — supporting our chefs and staff during daily restaurant service, as well as during special events like weddings, banquets, and buffets. You’ll be exposed to the behind-the-scenes rhythm of a professional Italian kitchen and learn valuable skills in organization, timing, and teamwork.
Expect a fast-paced environment during weekends and the summer season, and a slower, more relaxed atmosphere in winter, when we have more time to guide and support volunteers directly.
This role is ideal for someone who is:
Energetic and not afraid of physical work
Organized, clean, and detail-oriented
Comfortable taking instructions and working with a team
Proactive and able to stay focused even under pressure
If you're curious about how hospitality works from the inside, this is a unique opportunity to learn by doing — while being part of a kind, respectful team.
