The experience

We’re looking for an enthusiastic person to organize weekly activities that bring our volunteer community closer and ensure everyone has an amazing experience. You’ll be the main contact for volunteers, helping with communication and support. Fundraising experience is a big plus to help our NGO continue making a positive impact.

What you offer

25 hours of help per week

Night Shift: Help with night shift tasks and create a relaxing environment for guests.

Party Promoter: Help organise and promote parties and social activities.

Administration: Help with booking systems and payments.

Reception: Help with check-ins, check-outs and guest assistance.

2 days off per week

Shared Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other travelers.

Team Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other people.

Requirements

Fluent Spanish and Intermediate English

Between 27 and 50 years old

Welcomes solo volunteers, couples, and partners of volunteers

What's not included

Program Details

We are looking for someone with knowledge of fundraising, marketing, administration, etc. At the same time, they should be eager to live in a community. Our assistants help with the assigned program and also within the volunteer accommodation to keep everything organized and as clean as possible. We are an environmental oriented organization and are looking for people interested in making a difference.

Activities & Shift

Usually, 5h per day which can be distributed in between house chores and volunteer position. Shifts vary, 2 days off per week to explore the area and enjoy beach life, connecting with the wonderful nature around us!
