I had a fantastic time with Antonio and his family. They were super kind, friendly and very accommodating, just genuinely nice people. Near the end of my stay with them, I had a rather harsh situation with a next prospective host changing their plan the night before I was supposed to arrive. Fortunately, Antonio was very flexible to let me stay 1 more week. This turned out to be a blessing from the sky. I got to know how generous and loving they are, how funny they can be, and how much they love their food!! It was just incredible experience. His place is highly recommended. Thanks Antonio.

My week in this place was absolutely awesome! Before i would never have thought that in a very small town it could be interesting and comfortable. Antonio's family gave me an unforgettable experience, including local food of course. In such a short time we were able to become friends even despite the language difficulties. I'm very grateful for this experience. And i highly recommend this place for everyone who wants to try something new, to live in connection with nature and yourself. Thank you, Antonio!

I really enjoyed the unique charm of Toro. I would recommend the experience, but it's probably better during warmer months, as the house can be a bit cold in winter, and when the host likely has more time to give tours. The hosts were busy with travels but gave me space to work at my own pace, which I really appreciated. I also loved meeting the other guest and volunteer, they made the experience even better!

Antonios family is super friendly and welcomed me into their family and friends! The hostel itself is fine but you will be sleeping in the basement which is not like the pics posted. it's a quiet place to be alone and you can work independently on your tasks, which are very doable. However, it's super remote and hard to get to the main city on your own without relying on the host driving you. The buses come infrequently and the last bus returns very early so you may feel trapped in the town. Basically no one speaks English and the host did not try hard to engage with me as she did with others

Antonio y su familia son personas excepcionales. El hotel es un proyecto precioso que se está nutriendo de muchísimas personas que pasan por allí gracias a la dinamización que está haciendo Antonio, que es un agente real de cambio social y que está aportando muchísimo a su hermoso pueblo, TORO. Además la zona es preciosa, parece que ahí el tiempo se paró. Recomendsdisimo. Estuve contentisima. Me atendieron genial y me trataron con mucha familiaridad y cercanía

La experiencia en the hostel es única si lo que buscas es sumergirte en la cultura local! Toro es un lugar pequeño y silencioso, pero a su vez es acogedor y las personas en el pueblo son muy amables. Aunque no pudimos conocer a Antonio personalmente, siempre estuvo pendiente de nosotros y Cam nos hizo sentir como en casa ❤️

Fue mi primera experiencia en worldpackers y no pudo haber sido mejor, gracias a Anto y a Cam siempre me sentí cómoda, respetan muchísimo tu proceso creativo. Lo recomiendo si buscas conectar con tu lado creativo y aprender italiano gracias a las personas de Toro que son muy lindas, sin dudarlo regresaría 💖

Es una excelente experiencia para conectar contigo mismo, con la cultura Italiana y con tu inspiración. En el hostal te sientes como en casa y es maravilloso que te dan toda la libertad creativa y flexibilidad de horario para que tu creatividad fluya. Con la calma que transmite Toro sentirás que estás viviendo una vida de retirado. Muy agradecida por la oportunidad🙌

He estado 18 días en el hostel, era mi primer voluntariado y no me puedo imaginar una mejor experiencia. Me he sentido como en casa y he sido tratada como si fuera de la familia. Antonio es un gran anfitrión y una bellísima persona, igual que toda su familia. Me voy muy feliz de aquí. Lo recomiendo muchísimo. ¡Hasta otra!

Una experiencia hermosa :)🤌♥️ Antonio realmente me hizo sentir como en casa, me dio libertad creativa y confió en mi trabajo como artista desde el primer momento, nos mostró la belleza de Toro y sus alrededores, vino, comida deliciosa y tradicional y nos hizo parte de cada proceso, el ambiente en el hostel es muy divertido, pluricultural, joven y sobretodo acogedor Me encantó el proyecto y realmente quiero volver para pintar otro cuadro y dejar un poco de mi en el hostel
