What you offer

3 hours of help per week

Teaching Sports: Teaching or assisting the host, guests, or local communities in practicing sports or physical activities.

Teaching Languages: Teaching a language to the host, guests, or local communities.

Social Work: Help with volunteer work in local projects and communities.

Child Care: Caring for, playing with, and spending time with children.

What you get

3 days off per week

Private Room: You will have a bed in a private room. In other words, a room just for you.

Breakfast: You are entitled to a free breakfast, every day of your stay.

Lunch: You are entitled to a free lunch, every day of your stay.

Dinner: You are entitled to a free dinner, every day of your stay.

Free Laundry: You can use our laundry room freely.

Free Hiking Tours: We’ll take you on excursions and hikes around town. For free!

Pick Up: We will pick you up when you arrive, and take you to our property.

Intermediate English or Intermediate Swahili

Between 18 and 70 years old

Welcomes solo volunteers, couples, and partners of volunteers

Program Details

Program Description

As a volunteer with us, you will support the growth, education, and well-being of children in our community. We expect volunteers to be caring, patient, and enthusiastic, ready to engage in activities like assisting in lessons, organizing games, creative workshops, and providing general support in daily childcare routines.

In return, you will experience a welcoming environment, cultural immersion, and the chance to make a meaningful impact in children’s lives. This program is ideal for travelers who love working with kids, enjoy hands-on experiences, and want to contribute to community development.

Activities & Shift

Daily Activities:

Assist in school lessons and educational activities

Organize games, arts, and sports for children

Support creative workshops and learning activities

Help with meal times, snacks, and general childcare

Light cleaning or organizing classrooms and play areas

Shifts:

4–6 hours per day

Morning or early afternoon

Flexible schedule with free evenings
