🎨 Mural Artist Needed – Surf & Retreat Hostel Weligama (Starting October 1st)

We’re looking for a creative and motivated mural artist to join us in Weligama, Sri Lanka, and bring our walls to life! Our new project, Surf & Retreat Hostel, is just a short walk from the beach and combines the best of surfing, retreats, and a co-living lifestyle for digital nomads and travelers.

What you offer

25 hours of help per week

Painting & Decorating: Help with painting or decorating the property facilities.

What you get

2 days off per week

Shared Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other travelers.

Team Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other people.

Requirements

Fluent English or Intermediate Estonian

Between 23 and 60 years old

Only hosts solo volunteers (doesn’t accept couples or partners)

Program Details

Design and paint a mural (or several) that captures the surf, beach, and retreat atmosphere.

Bring your own creativity and style while aligning with the hostel’s vibe.

Work closely with our team to create a welcoming and inspiring environment for guests.
