As a Wine & Hospitality Experience Volunteer, youโll contribute to our boutique hotel and winery by supporting areas such as:

What you offer
6 hours of help per day
Night Shift:
Help with night shift tasks and create a relaxing environment for guests.
Tour Guide:
Organize and lead tours around the city.
Cleaning:
Help clean the kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms and common areas.
Bartending:
Make and serve drinks and help maintain the beverages inventory.

Shared Dorm:
You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other travelers.
Breakfast:
You are entitled to a free breakfast, every day of your stay.
Dinner:

Requirements
Intermediate English or Intermediate German
Between 18 and 35 years old
Welcomes solo volunteers, couples, and partners of volunteers

Activities & Shift
Volunteers will gain hands-on experience in both hospitality and wine culture. Daily activities may include:
Assisting with guest check-ins and creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere.
Supporting bartending and simple service tasks.
Learning about Georgian wines and guiding basic guest tours.
Helping with small winery or event tasks depending on the season.
Weโll adapt your responsibilities based on your comfort level, skills, and interests. Whether youโre more outgoing and love guest interaction, or you prefer helping behind the scenes, thereโs a place for you here.
โฐ Hours: 6 hours/day, 5 days/week (2 days off)
๐ท Activities vary with guest flow, but usually combine hospitality support, service, and cultural exchange.
